The activities include analysis, evaluation and due diligence of both the credit and the property as guarantee forf the credit, pricing and business planning of credit portfolios during the acquisition, out-of-court and judicial management of the same, up to the repossessing and subsequent resale of the assets on the market. Data quality activities central to all services offered, both on its own management system and on the client platforms.
In addition to its core and integrated services, YARD CREDIT & ASSET MANAGEMENT also offers support in providing document services within the NPE market, both in the NPL and UTP segments, guaranteeing assistance to asset managers, loan managers and the lawyers of the main servicers in their credit recovery activities and supporting them in the retrieval and analysis of hypo-catastical and technical documentation. It also provides data remediation and data maintenance services, in onboarding projects or collateral datatape management, adopting processing standards compliant with the regulator's instructions and using strict and transparent ICT criteria, as required by Bankit.
The service includes all analysis, valuation and business planning activities relating to secured single name or secured portfolios of NPE. It covers at a top level all the phases of the process in the different forms the service may have (Balance Business Planning, Acquisitive Due Diligence, Vendor Due Diligence), guiding the client from the first to the last step: from the organisation of the Data Room to portfolio pricing.
The service includes the complete management of all types of distressed credits (UTP and NPL from banks, leasing, etc.) secured and unsecured, throughout Italy: from the contact with the debtor to the identification and implementation of all the possible out-of-court strategies, from the legal procedures management to the technical supervision of the real estate securities.
The service consists of the monitoring of all processes related to portfolio management and in the processing of all reports provided to Noteholders, Investors, Master Servicers, internal Management.
A REO (Real Estate Owned) Operation involves the purchasing of a real estate asset at a judicial auction and its value enhancement and re-sale on the free market, in order to optimise the recovery of the associated debt. It is a complex operation involving various phases of actuation: from the preliminary analysis to the participation in the auction, from the taking charge of the property to its resale.
The service aims to determine the value of a portfolio of non-performing loans secured by properties for the future sale, to prepare the sample for the bidding and support its organisation.
The service allows to swiftly have a view of the values at stake, the stratifications, the opportunities and the risks relating to a portfolio of non-performing loans in the first approach. The service gathers all the activities of analysis, valuation and sensitivity that are part of our range of instruments, in conformity with the timeline and budget expected by our clients.
The service offers comprehensive support to the savings management company and/or the Advisor in the phase of setting up Funds to contribute credits and/or properties of banks and financial institutions. These projects require high expertise, both technical-real estate (for real estate assets and real estate guarantees) and technical-legal (for secured credits). YARD CAM offers a full support in all stages of the service: from the feasibility analysis to the constitution and the management.
Ordinary procedural support services supporting extrajudicial and judicial credit recovery activities, alongside the legal management of unsecured and secured credits, in bankruptcy and/or enforcement proceedings.
Massive data management/data remediation/data enrichment services support the hypocatastical data remediation activities of datatapes in order to define the up-to-date cadastral perimeter and any mortgage formalities of origin, as well as the data remediation activities of datatapes of real estate guarantees aimed at ascertaining the mortgage grade and comparing the residual value of the assets with the purchase one. Full support is guaranteed to asset managers and loan managers, providing data remediation and data maintenance services, in onboarding projects or management of collateral datatapes, adopting processing standards compliant with the Regulator's instructions and using rigorous and transparent ICT criteria, as required by Bankit (Circular 285/2013,Part I, Title IV, Chapters 3,4,5).
